Even if wo earn far above middle-income level wages many of us have been allowed to simply pay a "surcharge" on our maintenance for years. Yet, one of HPD DHS"s regulations states unequivocally, that after 3 years of earning high income that requires a full surcharge, the family must leave/be-evicted if they refuse to move out
It appears that they are all working together to have cooperators evicted from under-utilized apartments or evicted if the cooperator pays a surcharge.
IT SEEMS CLEAR TO US THAT ANNE CORRE WAS WORKING ON BEHALF OF THE ENTIRE MLO STEERING COMMITTEE.
They are only now denying that Anne Corre speaks for them because they got caught.
THE ANTIS WANT YOU EVICTED. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FUTURE.
